Objectives

To develop leadership qualities, physical capability, personal standard and conduct
required by a naval officer.

To provide broad foundation of professional knowledge to prepare the Officer Cadets
and Under Trainee Officers
for subsequent stages so that they can perform the duties of OOD/OOW and Divisional
Officer.

To provide a sound background essential for higher professional and academic studies
in order to prepare them as
competent future maritime professionals.

To instill moral and ethical values along with the dedication to serve the nation
amongst the Officer Cadets
and UT Officers.
