Impart moral, physical, professional and academic training to the Officer Cadets and the Under Trainee Officers in order to prepare future leaders with a sense of duty, honour and dignity who are dedicated and committed to serve the navy as well as the nation.
The purpose of BNA training is to produce cap Officers equipped with the essentials of leadership and professionalism. It involves training of the Officer Cadets and UT Officers with a range of capacity and skills required of a leader and a naval officer. The objective is, thereby, action centric and focuses on three distinct dimensions of training.
